With a deep rooted background in construction, stemming from his dad and uncle owning contracting companies when he was young, Jarred knew he wanted to move back to Bismarck after completing his Construction Management and Business degree at NDSU.

General Manager, Owner

Scott's passion for construction started at a very young age; he started framing and shingling houses before he could even drive. After gaining extensive construction experience throughout his college years, he knew he could bring quality construction to Bismarck, ND.

Chief Operating Officer

Jennifer earned her Business degree from the University of Mary and joined Paramount Builders in 2020. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), she oversees operations, financial management, human resources, and strategic planning across Paramount Builders and our affiliated companies, helping strengthen our teams and support continued growth.

Sales

Luke was born and raised in Bismarck and earned his degree from the University of Mary. Luke will be one of your first contacts when starting your build; his strong North Dakota roots and family values help him connect with and understand our client's needs.

Commercial Project Manager

Kendall is a Bismarck native and has been with us for 3 years as our commercial project manager. Kendall is an integral part of our team because of his ability to keep projects on schedule.

Residential Project Manager

Corey has over 18 years of experience in residential construction. He oversees multiple projects at a time while ensuring processes and projects are being completed to the highest standards.

Director of Building Design

Our talented Architectural Designer, Reggi has 17 years in the building industry with a Bachelors in Architecture. Her day to day is always different; from designing a riding arena to designing countless high-end homes, her work is vital to our team.

Design Coordinator

Jayden is our expert in visualization; she has been in the industry for over 5 years. Her understanding of client's needs is exceptional, as well as her ability to translate those needs to our crews. Her day is a mix of job site visits and working on presentations.

Born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, Theron earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from North Dakota State University. Theron has been managing construction projects since 2020 and joined the Paramount Builders team in 2024, where he focuses on keeping projects organized, on schedule, and built to quality standards.
